Cooling
Coolant is pushed out of the expansion tank
Possible causes are overheating, a faulty cap, poor circulation or cylinder gases. Note whether pressure appears immediately after a cold start, after warming or only under heavy load.
Rapid pressure while cold
This seriously suggests possible combustion-gas leakage. Check head gasket, head, liners, cracks and block surface. Clues: bubbles, quickly hardening hoses, sharply rising level and coolant expelled before real overheating.
Expulsion only after overheating
Start with radiator, fan, thermostat, pump, airlocks, internal contamination and engine load.
Tank/radiator cap
It maintains specified pressure and releases at a defined value. A fault may release coolant early, fail to hold pressure or fail to relieve it correctly. Test to the machine specification.
Engine oil cooler
If fitted with an oil/water exchanger, include its core and seals: failures can mix fluids and disrupt cooling.
Head gasket is common, not the only cause
Damage occurs after overheating, aging, corrosion, head distortion or liner problems. Expelled coolant alone does not justify replacing the gasket; confirm the diagnostic direction first.
Useful observations
Bubbles right after cold starting, rate of upper-hose hardening, pump/thermostat operation, radiator cleanliness, fan, oil in coolant or coolant in oil and load dependence.

Problem still there?
If these checks have not identified the cause or the fault returns, contact TSV Servis. The more initial information you provide, the sooner we can identify the next diagnostic direction.
What to send us
Engine model, overheating history, pressure onset, cap/pump/thermostat/radiator condition, gas-test results and head/liner/oil-cooler checks.
Include the make and model, S/N or a nameplate photo, engine model if known, operating hours, exact code or display photo and when the fault occurs.
Also tell us what you have already checked or replaced and the results. Include a photo or short video of the symptom where useful.
